Please note: Shipping of returns & exchanges are charged at the destinations standard rate

For all deliveries outside of the UK, you will be responsible for any local taxes or duties associated with your purchase, if applied.

When will my 4CE order arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48-72hrs (Monday - Friday)

UK orders should arrive 1-3 working days after dispatch.

Please allow up to 10 working days for any orders outside of the UK to arrive before getting in touch.

RETURNS 

You can return any unwanted items to us within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure you contact us if this is not possible, and we will review on a case-by-case basis. Returns received after 14 days (without prior contact) are eligible for store credit so long as the items are in original packaging and condition upon inspection.

Follow these steps if you need to return an item(s):

  1. Ensure the item is unworn, folded neatly in original packaging with labels attached. Items not received in a re-sellable condition will not be eligible for a refund/exchange unless the product is deemed faulty.

  2. Please include a note within your parcel stating your name, order number and return requirements (refund/exchange) so we can identify you (without this we cannot process your refund/exchange). Please provide info on product required for an exchange on this note if necessary.

  3. Send your item(s) to the address below using a tracked service of your choice. 4CE are not responsible for any items returned to us once they are in transit. To ensure a smooth returns process, make us aware of your return once you have sent it, including any tracking information you may have, via email: info@4-c-e.com.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

If you are required to fill in a customs form, please ensure this is clearly marked as 'returned goods’. 4CE are not responsible for any customs fees associated with returns. 

4CE will not be held accountable for shipping to an address entered incorrectly, but we will be happy to assist you in the matter.
